Minigrey 🐱 wanders freely in the garden but also comes to the Annex, to snuggle up by the fire.
She loves everyone, especially those who don't like cats. She's here because we love her, but that's just the icing on the cake, she hunts vipers on the property. My younger brother almost died from a viper bite.
Odette 's education 🐶 is not over. Encouraged by the signs of affection she receives as soon as you pass through the gate, she tends to show tons of them. I'm impatiently waiting for it to ripen and settle down.

At what cost?
Chapka Assurance fees for the traveler are 3.7% of the accommodation amount of the reservation or a minimum of €5.
Fees are calculated only on the amount of the accommodation, not the entire reservation.

What does bank card insurance cover?
Bank cards include insurance guarantees and assistance services which can be of interest in the event of a problem during your travels. However, these often do not exempt you from taking out good mutual insurance.
Travel: what insurance guarantees are included in your bank card?
The bank card therefore includes a series of insurance guarantees such as:
Modification or cancellation of a trip.
Plane, train or baggage delays. This includes, for example, hotel reimbursement if your plane is delayed.
Guarantee for loss or theft of baggage.
Civil liability for damage caused to a third party (note that this generally only works abroad).
What does credit card insurance cover: the differences between bank card models
The level of coverage of a bank card depends mainly on its range. Thus, we can mainly distinguish four levels of coverage:
That of classic cards (Visa Electron, Visa Classic, Mastercard, etc.) which generally offer death-disability guarantee and an assistance service abroad (in the event of death, illness or injury, legal proceedings or repatriation).
That of high-end premium cards (Visa Premier, Mastercard Gold, etc.) which also offer several insurances (cancellation, delay, loss, theft and damage to luggage, loss and theft of ski equipment, car rental, civil liability abroad, etc.) and assistance (health costs abroad, medical repatriation, assistance with onward travel, etc.).
That of the high-end super-premium cards (Visa Platinum, Platinum Mastercard, etc.) which add the guarantee of theft of luggage at the hotel or in a rental vehicle, and offer higher reimbursement ceilings.
That of high-end hyper-premium cards or luxury cards (Visa Infinite, MasterCard World Elite, etc.) which offer additional services (pet care, provision of an interpreter, assistance with administrative procedures, etc.). ) and much higher reimbursement limits.
So look carefully at the reimbursement limits applied to your bank card, which are very important, as are all the deductibles and cases of exclusion of guarantees that may be included in your contract. For example, credit card insurance guarantees can sometimes only be triggered if the trip does not exceed a certain number of days.
The card models (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) belonging to each of these four main families of bank cards have an almost similar level of coverage, but there may still be some differences.
For example, the Visa Classic card insurance does not cover mountain rescue and search costs, unlike the Mastercard. Babies
All children under 3 years stay free of charge for the use of baby cots.
To respect the calm of the guest rooms [ CMJN ], close to each other, babies and young children (up to 3 years old) cannot stay there.
In the studio [BOYFRIEND | CHARLOTTE | RHAPSODIE], we install a travel cot on request.

For older children (but too young to sleep alone in a neighboring room), i.e. up to 10 years old :
We have an extra bed but it doesn't fit perfectly in all accommodations. This is possible in the Rhapsodie gîte and possibly in the Black Room which can accommodate a bed without being too crowded. Installation of the bed costs €30 .
Breakfasts are optional at the usual rate.

The reception is open from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Accommodations are available from 4:00 p.m.
LATE CHECK-IN
If you plan to arrive after 8 p.m. , PLEASE NOTIFY US by SMS (or WhatsApp).
You will receive by return, information on how to enter the establishment and how to organize your breakfast the next day.
You will follow the arrows and everything will be fine...

With the exception of the Rhapsodie studio (which remains relatively cool even when temperatures rise) all our accommodation is equipped with air conditioning .
The Charlotte studio, with its glass roof, remains warmer... those who want 19° in July should not choose it.

The massage room is located within the SPA.
Several practitioners share the space throughout the year... Each has their own identity and massage “card”.
Depending on your dates, one or the other is present.
Some book well in advance... some have slots on the big day (because they are already there for a treatment)...
Booking a massage does not give access to the SPA.

Tous nos hébergements sont NON-FUMEUR. Il est interdit d'y fumer, même à la fenêtre! Des emplacements fumeurs sont prévus à cet effet, où des cendriers sont à votre disposition. In Condorcet, parking is not really a problem 😉.
Private parking (unsupervised) is available free of charge to guests. It is located outside the establishment, 50 meters from the main entrance.
MINUTE DROP OFF: you can park in front of the establishment while you drop off your luggage.
Bicycles 🚲 can enter the establishment and park inside.
Motorcycles 🏍: only one accommodation welcomes motorcycles, the Charlotte studio. Its courtyard has access to the outside (90cm door).

Breakfast is served in the Annex, from 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m., on individual tables.
It is always included in the price of the rooms [ CMJN ] and as an option, at €15 per person for the lodgings [ GARÇONNIÈRE CHARLOTTE RHAPSODIE ], and therefore to be reserved the day before (latest deadline).
LATE CHECK-IN
If you do not arrive before 8 p.m. and want to have lunch the next day, we will send you a form to fill out and return by text message (or WhatsApp).

The outdoor swimming pool is open 24 hours a day. From 10 p.m., everyone just takes care to respect the calm.
The swimming pool is heated from May 1 to September 30 . The nights are cool in Drôme Provençale. Summer, from June to August, is generally hot during the day, with cool nights. For a multitude of reasons, this is very nice. (like not dying from heat in summer 🙃).
The swimming pool, on the other hand, below 25°C, is a bit average... well, it's mostly cold.
Sun loungers: There is one deckchair, sun lounger or deck chair per customer. Everyone finds their own. Tan in full sun. By the pool on my beach mattress from Marinette de Saint Tropez! She's so classy, Marinette. Read in the shade on my deck chair. Sleeping , on the enormous mattress of my wrought iron sun lounger.
An outdoor shower is available. Those who love to slather on sunscreen can remove it before swimming and avoid sharing it with everyone else.
Think about your pool towels. (ours hate sunscreen).

From November 1 to February 28, it is possible to reserve 7 ACCOMMODATIONS for a weekend (from Friday 4 p.m. to Sunday 2 p.m.) or during the week.
• You have 7 accommodations and the Annex to meet you.
• Create your stay à la carte: breakfasts, pizzas, dinners...
• Access to the spa is under the usual conditions.

To find out the price of a stay, the only way to proceed is to enter the dates that appeal to you on the BOOK page.
(As long as you have not drawn your credit card, you risk nothing. Our prices vary considerably depending on the date).
Unless otherwise stated on the site, additional services (breakfast, access to the Spa , etc.) are not included in the price and are displayed separately.
The best price will always be “live”. We apply an automatic "surcharge" to reservations via OTAs (booking.com, Expedia, Hotel.com...).

Our charging station should be operational in May 2024. In the meantime:
• 22 kW charging station in Saint Ferréol Trente Pas, 2km away;
• 22 kW charging stations in Nyons, 8km away, opposite the Lavender Distillery.

THE HOST makes his reservation via the electronic order form

Selection of accommodation of your choice.
Possible selection of one or more additional services such as breakfast (except when the service is included in the price mentioned in the previous point);
Verification of the details of the reservation, its total cost, the applicable conditions of sale (general and specific);
Provision of host contact details;
Entering bank card data for payment of a deposit;
Validation of the reservation.
An acknowledgment email is sent to the host. It summarizes the contract offer, the services reserved, the prices, the total amount of the order, the conditions of sale relating to the selected rate, accepted by the host, the date of reservation made.
The reservation is deemed to have been made upon confirmation of the reservation and upon payment of the deposit online by credit card.

The SPA (indoor swimming pool | sauna | jacuzzi | herbal tea room) costs €25 per person and requires reservation.
1 - You always reserve your slot online . Reservations are open to everyone, without possibility of priority, including non-residents. RESERVE YOUR SLOT (bottom of SPA page)
2 - On the big day, go to reception with your clean flip-flops in your hands . You don't go barefoot at the spa. We accompany you to show you everything.
3 - Access is 3 consecutive hours . 3 hours to be cool, to not look at the watch, to have time. The slots do not split.
4 - On site, you will find a shower , changing rooms, towels .
Booking a massage does not give access to the SPA.

The table d'hôtes... what a good joke!!!
Everyone told us it was deadly, but we thought we were stronger. Actually no, we're just like everyone else!
In the morning and evening, it's complicated.
We really had a blast (especially Philippe) during all these years playing in the restaurant. You were all super nice and motivating and we will never forget it.
Despite everything, for the moment, we are taking a “break”.
The right balance between your needs (or desires) and our courage 😉 Philippe is passionate about cooking. He would probably like to do just that, cook. Only here, me, in the service, I'm rubbish. After all these years, I still don't remember the grape varieties of the wine and I often ask the help of a man in the dining room to open the bottle😥. And then, at 8 p.m., I like to read a story to my son before he goes to sleep. I like the idea that if he is the reason for this reconversion, he will not become its first victim. I imagine that no one ever writes this kind of thing on their website looking for lots of customers... and that it might offend someone. I also think it's good to be honest.
