BED AND BREAKFAST
GUEST ROOM IN DRÔME PROVENÇALE
FOUR BEDROOMS
+ or - colored
In a BarOck'N'RoLl gallery, which surfs on the assumed discrepancy of genres, 4 comfortable guest rooms, 4 Bed & Breakfast, 4 cozy nests. Each room is perfectly unique. CMYK, each room is a colorful wink, sometimes soft, sometimes stormy!
23m2 | QUEEN SIZE BED | BATHTUB
3 small apartments are located at the foot of the house. A little more generous than the rooms, they above all offer private access to the outside. A little sassy, passionately rural, or completely Southern, they are above all unique!

THREE STUDIOS
The interior courtyard of the Bastide takes on the appearance of the village center. The winding alley, the hidden courtyards, the king plane tree which sits in the center of the village . Virginia creeper climbs everywhere and covers the stone streets. A somewhat hidden, somewhat shared life. The interior courtyard is not the only end of the world. The interior courtyard is rather the continuity of an idea of exchange while respecting everyone's peace.

GUEST ROOM DEFINITION
But actually, what is a guest room ?
DEFINITION
SERVICE
Offering a guest room involves welcoming the customer, renting them a furnished room with access to a bathroom and a WC, and providing them with breakfast.
The activity is defined by article 21 of law 2006-437 of April 14, 2006 (Tourism Code) and by decree 2007-1173 of August 3, 2007.
The law only defines the term “guest room”.
Presumably guest house means there are several guest rooms.
The service is called "hotelier", the bed is made, the cleaning is done too and the customer has nothing to do when leaving the guest room.
The customer has access to a bathroom and WC but the law does not say that they are private, even if the trend is now to have private toilets adjoining the guest room.
The number of guest rooms is limited to 5 per tourist accommodation and 15 people accommodated.
LABELS & ★
